Its great if you like to fish or maybe hire a boat. Dolphins can sometimes be seen swimming along the canal. It's location gives beautiful views of the bay, yet the property is only 300 yards to the beach, restaurants and shops - no need to take the car.
The home is furnished to a very high standard and is in a great location with great views.

On the lower floor is a one bedroom apartment consisting of lounge with blush leather suite T.V, VCR, and stereo. Kitchen with dining area and doors leading to the pool. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The apartment can be used in conjunction with the upper level for 2 extra persons. Pictures below are of the apartment. The pool is shared by the upper level of the house and this apartment.
Please be aware there is no internal connection between the upper & lower floors. ie they both have their own front doors.
